Reality TV star and actress, Mercy Eke has set tongues talking on social media after she revealed that she is now in the league of billionaires.
The Big Brother Naija season 4 winner took to her verified Twitter page on Monday to express her excitement after she was added to a WhatsApp group for her secondary school mates, revealing that she finished from Egbu Girls Secondary School (EGSS), Owerri, Imo State in 2008.
“I have just been added to my secondary school WhatsApp group. It is good to be back, lot’s of memories, I’m really happy to reunite with the girls. #EGSS 2008 set,” she wrote.

Reacting to the post, a fan, @__Tauren__ noted that Eke’s school mates are lucky to have a famous billionaire in their midst. In response, another tweep, @timicoker2 kicked against the tag and argued that Eke isn’t a billionaire.
In what may be considered a firm declaration of her wealth, the media personality replied, “I am”, affirming that she is indeed a billionaire. However, she didn’t back up her claims with any evidence.

It would be recalled that Eke gained prominence when she emerged winner of the season 4 of popular reality TV show, Big Brother Naija held in 2019. She made history as the first female winner of the show since its inception.
The actress, who is always in the news for her lavish lifestyle, recently held a befitting burial ceremony for her late father, Akwudike Eke, in their hometown in Imo State.
