Prince Joseph Kpopogiri, the estranged lover of controversial Nollywood actress, Tonko Dikeh, is currently in a gloomy mood following the demolition of his house in Abuja.
Taking to his Instagram Live on Saturday, he alleged that the property which is worth over N700 million was unlawfully demolished by the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA).
The politician accused the officials of invading his home without any prior notice, saying they had no tangible explanation for the demolition as they claimed the action followed an “order from above”.
“They told me the order is from above. I have my building approval, I have all my documents and I paid four million naira for the documentation fee,” the visibly disturbed Kpopogiri said in the video.
He further pointed out that the FCDA monitored the building of the house from foundation to finishing level.
Kpopogiri claimed that the authorities had said that a road was to be constructed in that area and asked him to sell off his property, alleging that his refusal to comply led to the demolition.
He equally shared videos of caterpillars pulling down the walls of the apartment and vowed to get justice.
Reacting to the news via her Instagram Stories, his ex-lover, Tonko Dikeh said she had no sympathy for Kpopogiri, saying the house demolition was his personal problem and an indication that karma exists.
