One Fatai Nofui, 28, and Qudus Kazeem suspected to be members of Aiye confraternity have been arrested following sustained monitoring by the Nigerian Police.
Blackbox Nigeria gathered that Fatai of No 12 Ago Owu Street Bariga, and Kazeem of of No 14 Tape street Bariga were arrested at Ebute Bariga area of Lagos state on Saturday.
The duo, which are members of the Aiye confraternity with allegiance to one Mohammed, their leader in Bariga, are responsible for series of violent attacks, armed robbery and murder in Bariga and its environs.
Upon their arrest, the force recovered an axe, one HTC phone, one Nokia phone, one Itel phone which was initially snatched from one Amusa Bukola of No 34 Odundi street Baroga.
Further investigations led to the arrest of four other members of the gang; Muiyi Saraki, 23, Lucky Sunday, 27, David Okpa, 29 and Taye Balogun, 24.
