By The Lagos State University has maintained its spot as the best state university in Nigeria.
According to the recently released AD Scientific Index Ranking, the state-owned institution now ranks as the 5th best overall university in the country.
The university disclosed this via a post shared on its official Twitter page on Friday.

It would be recalled that in June 2021, the 39-year-old university was named the best young institution in Nigeria by the world ranking body, Times Higher Education (THE). For two consecutive years, LASU had been ranked as the second best university in the country.
