A visit that was meant to be fun at a flower garden and waterpark in Ilorin has sparked reactions online after a lady narrated how park management used bucket water to run the water slide.
In a video and account shared one Oyenikee on TikTok, the lady said she and her friend went to the flower garden in Ilorin expecting a proper waterpark experience. Instead, they were met with a scene that left them stunned.
According to her, instead of a pumping system or running water, park attendants were seen scooping water with buckets and pouring it manually to keep the water slide flowing for guests.
“I couldn’t believe what I was seeing,” she narrated in the video.
“We came to enjoy ourselves, but they were using buckets to pour water on the slide. My friend and I just looked at each other and burst out laughing.”
They also expressed dissatisfaction with the management for not wearing bikini, describing the experience as “old fashioned”.
The clip has since drawn mixed reactions on social media.
While some users criticized the management for what they called poor facilities and misleading advertisement, others found the situation humorous.
