By Leading Nigerian comedian, Bovi has reacted to widespread reports that his colleague in the industry, Julius Agwu is currently sick and hospitalised.
Recall that Agwu, who was said to be down with an undisclosed ailment, has been in the news in the last couple of days after his wife, Ibiere Maclayton dumped him and moved in with another man.
Controversial Instagram blogger, Gistlovers had claimed that the comedian’s estranged wife said she was tired of taking care of his ailing self, and asked his numerous side checks to take turns to care for him — sparking mixed reactions from Nigerians on social media.
Reacting, Bovi said against the viral claims, Agwu was hale and hearty, disclosing that he went clubbing on Wednesday alongside some of his colleagues.
“Me, Julius Agwu, Save, Buchi and Basketmouth was in the club day before yesterday. Wednesday night to be precise. Two nights ago to be exact. Just saying,” he tweeted on Friday night.

When asked by an inquisitive fan what he meant by the tweet about his supposed ailing colleague, the funnyman responded saying “He’s not sick”.
