The Nigerian entertainment scene is again beaming with sounds of wedding bells as legendary Nollywood actress, Rita Dominic prepares to tie the knot with her long-time lover, Fidelis Anosike.
In preparation for the wedding which is set to hold on April 18 and 19 in Imo State, close friends and colleagues of the ace movie star took time to celebrate her during her pre-wedding event on Saturday.
Popular blogger, Linda Ikeji made this known via a post on its verified Instagram page, on Sunday.
According to the video clips, celebrities who graced the pre-wedding event were Kate Henshaw, Uche Jumbo, Ini Edo, Lanre Da Silva Ajayi, among others.
Since the news broke out, fans and well-wishers have been sending in congratulatory messages, wishing the actress and her soon-to-be husband the best in their marital life.
It can be recalled that Rita Dominic and Fidelis Anosike have been in the news for over 2 years after the actress their relationship public sometime in December 2020.
While Dominic is a celebrated and award-winning actress and movie producer, her boo, Anosike is the founder of Folio Media Group, a multimedia company that owns the Daily Times Nigeria, one of the oldest newspaper in the country.
Worthy of note is that Anosike has been married twice. On the other hand, Dominic has been linked with wedding rumours in the past. In 2019, she got engaged to her unidentified partner but called it off due to personal reasons.
In 2021, the duo got engaged and immediately fuelled rumours that they were getting married the same year. They, however, didn’t walk down the aisle as rumours had it.
