He’s a member of staff (not, a staff). All of the employees of an organisation make up the staff so an individual can’t be a staff.

I am Ganiu Abisoye Bamgbose (not, Bamgbose Ganiu Abisoye). When arranging one’s name, the surname comes last. However, if you write the surname first, it has to be separated by a comma: Bamgbose, Ganiu Abisoye.
