World’s richest man, Elon Musk has been caught in a web of controversies after a SpaceX flight attendant alleged that he sexually harassed her in 2016.
Business Insider reported that “the attendant worked as a member of the cabin crew on a contract basis for SpaceX’s corporate jet fleet. She accused Musk of exposing his erect penis to her, rubbing her leg without consent, and offering to buy her a horse in exchange for an erotic massage.”
According to the report, SpaceX paid a $250,000 settlement to the victim in 2018, in exchange for a promise not to sue over the claims.
The Tesla founder, however, denied the allegations, tagging the publication a “politically motivated hit piece”.
“I have a challenge to this liar who claims their friend saw me ‘exposed’ — describe just one thing, anything at all (scars, tattoos, …) that isn’t known by the public. She won’t be able to do so, because it never happened,” he tweeted on Friday morning.
Musk also announced that he is setting up a “hardcore litigation department” whose job is to initiate and execute lawsuits, adding that the team would report directly to him.
Tesla is building a hardcore litigation department where we directly initiate & execute lawsuits. The team will report directly to me.
Please send 3 to 5 bullet points describing evidence of exceptional ability.

The tech mogul also highlighted his two commitments as regards the department: “We will never seek victory in a just case against us, even if we will probably win.
“We will never surrender/settle an unjust case against us, even if we will probably lose.”
