Last November, the self-styled ‘Omo Baba Olowo’ — son of a rich man — donated N250m to various orphanage homes across the country. The funds were raised after the singer jokingly called out his friends on social media asking them to send him money. In his usual act of generosity, Davido made a personal donation of N50 to the N200m raised in two days.
