American Music Billionaire Dr. Dre Hospitalized Over Swelling Of Brain Artery
American Music billionaire, Dr. Dre whose real name is Andre Young, has been hospitalized for suffering an apparent brain aneurysm on Monday and is currently receiving treatment at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
According to follow up research by BlackBox Nigeria, Aneurysms often occur in the aorta, brain, back of the knee, intestine or spleen. It was gathered that a ruptured aneurysm can result in internal bleeding and stroke. It can sometimes be fatal.
The 55-Old rapper who rose to fame with N.W.A from the streets of Compton and went on to become a top producer and the co-founder of Beats Electronics, a venture that turned him into a billionaire as of the timing of going to press still undergoing medical treatment after being admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center with a possible brain aneurysm.
Dr Dre became a billionaire when he sold his headphone business, Beats Electronics, in 2014, to Apple for an estimated $3 billion, making him one of the richest men in popular music.
In a statement obtained by BlackBox Nigeria, Dr. Dre’s team said the rapper is doing fine. “I’m doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team”, it states.
The legendary rap artist and producer turned music mogul was considered to be in stable condition at the Los Angeles hospital after undergoing testing, according to one of the sources who asked not to be named because the person was not authorized to discuss the medical matter.
Amongst the talents Dr Dre discovered and produced for are Xzibit, N.W.A, Eminem, 50 Cent, and Warren G.
