Real Madrid will defend their Spanish Super Cup crown in Saudi Arabia as the Arab nation has been announced as the host of the 2023 edition.
The Spanish champions will slug it out with arch-rivals, Barcelona, Real Betis, and Valencia in a super 4 format as Saudi Arabia host the competition for the third time.
According to Tribal Football, the Super Cup will be staged in Saudi Arabia’s capital Riyadh with the 60,000-capacity King Fahd stadium set to host the final.
The mini-competition will take place from January 11 to January 15 and presents Real Madrid an opportunity to add to their trophy haul after a successful 2022.
