By The All Progressives Congress has described a “Notice” in circulation which said it had postponed its proposed nationwide membership registration and validation, as “fake and highly mischievous”.
BlackBox Nigeria earlier reported that the APC will no longer continue with the exercise which was initially scheduled for commencement next Monday, quoting a statement from the party.
The said statement was ascribed to the National Secretary of the Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) of the party, Sen. John J. Akpan Udoedeghe Ph.D.
In a fresh statement, the APC CECPC National Secretary disclosed that the membership registration, revalidation and update exercise will commence as scheduled from Monday, January 25th, 2021.
“As earlier announced, the CECPC has approved the constitution of State Membership Registration Committees for the Party’s nationwide membership registration, revalidation and update exercise. This will be followed by a train-the-trainer workshop,” he added.
