In a heartwarming celebration of new life, Imam Abolaji Haliiy Atunrashe of Nafsat Branch, Oke-Ota Ona, Ikorodu, a proud graduate of Lagos State University, and his wife, Alhaja Fausiyah Abolaji, joyfully welcomed quadruplets in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State,sparking waves of congratulations and support from the local community.
Bolaji Haliiy Atunrashe, who completed his studies at Lagos State University, expressed his gratitude and excitement for the arrival of their four bundles of joy on his Facebook page stating “Alhamdulillahi robil ahlameen for the blessings of Allah over me and my family, being blessed with Quadruplet 4 kids at once, ( 2 boys and 2 girls) is Allah’s blessings, no man can do it. All glory belongs to Allah. May Allah protect them from all evil hearted souls inshaallah”
The news of the quadruplets’ birth quickly spread throughout Ikorodu, capturing the hearts of residents and garnering attention from local representatives. Honourable Babajimi Benson, the honourable representative member, representing Ikorodu Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, paid a special visit to the family to extend his heartfelt congratulations.
The Chief Imam, Fadeelat Sheikh Alhaji Chief Imam Seifudeen Ayinla Ademoritan Olowooribi of Ikorodu, also joined in the celebration, offering his blessings and warm wishes to the growing family.
Reflecting on the event, a source, preferring anonymity, shared with BlackBox Nigeria, “It is not the first time; there used to be a woman who gave birth to 11 children in three birth circles, two quadruplets, and one triplet, but this is the first in recent times.” This testament to the rarity of such a blessed event underscores the significance and joy permeating the community with the arrival of the quadruplets and the celebration of new life at Ikorodu.
