Alan Fisher, an Irish chef who owns a restaurant in Japan, has achieved two Guinness World Records titles for his extraordinary feats in the kitchen.

He cooked for 119 hours and 57 minutes, surpassing the previous record of 95 hours and 20 minutes held by Nigerian chef Hilda Baci.

He then baked for 47 hours and 21 minutes, beating the previous record of 31 hours and 16 minutes held by American baker Wendy Sandner.

Fisher completed both challenges consecutively, with only a day of rest in between.

He spent more than 160 hours in the kitchen, preparing various dishes and desserts for his customers and staff.

Guinness World Records announced his achievements on their verified X handle on Tuesday.
