Music lovers are currently in a frenzy mood after internationally-recognised Nigerian singers, Davido and Burna Boy released their much-anticipated singles off their respective next albums.
It all started on Wednesday when the DMW boss, Davido teased fans with a snippet of his latest song, ‘Stay Strong’ featuring Kanye West’s Sunday Service choir, The Samples. Noting that the track is off his forthcoming album, the Fia crooner revealed that the song will be released on Friday.
Shortly after, Grammy-winning Burna Boy announced that his new song, ‘Last Last’, off his next album, ‘Love, Damini’ will also be released on Friday.
True to their words, both singers dropped the singles in the early hours of Friday to the delight of expectant fans. While Davido released his track on streaming platforms, Burna Boy dropped both his single and the visuals on YouTube.
As expected, since both songs were released, fans have taken to social media to argue about whose song was better and had more views and streams.
