By Breaking News：Court Of Appeal Strikes Out Faleke Appeal
The Court of Appeal has dismissed the appeal filed by Hon James Faleke for lacking in merit. The court also upheld and affirmed the Judgement of the Tribunal of the Kogi State Election which confirmed the legality of the election of Governor Yahaya Bello as winner of last gubernatorial election in the State.
All the seven grounds of appeal filed by faleke was also struck out.
