By Breaking! EFCC Arrests Wizkid’s Tania Omotayo’s Husband Over $35m Fraud In Lagos
Nigeria’s anti-graft agency, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Wednesday effected the arrest of two club owners, Armani and Sumbo in Oniru Estate, Lagos.
According to reports making rounds online, the partners who are owners of BuzzBar, a luxury night club in Victoria Island area of Lagos were arrested in their homes as they live next to each others in Oniru Estate, very close to the Oba’s palace.
BlackBox Nigeria reliably gathered that one of the partners, Sumbo is husband to Tania Omotayo, the first girlfriend to singing sensation, Wizkid. It was learnt that the two became an item in 2011 and were dating secretly until 2013 when it became public knowledge.
It was further gathered that the partners were arrested by the EFCC in an ongoing investigation into a $35m fraud.
