By Access Bank Debits Several Customers For Unrequested ATM Cards
The social media is currently agog with reports that Access Bank Plc debited several customers for new ATM cards that were not requested for.
BlackBox Nigeria gathered that the debit alert was received simultaneously by the aggrieved customers who thronged the social media to lay complaints about the ATM cards which they never applied from the bank.
A screenshot of one of such alert sighted by BlackBox Nigeria shows that the deduction was for CARD ISSUANCE FEE/VATas N1,128.75 was deducted from the account. See below for some reactions from aggrieved customers…
