After 9 Days In Detention, Lagos Politician, Babatunde Gbadamosi Regains Freedom

BOG attended the Lagos State University (LASU) from 1986 to 1989 but dropped out mid-way. He revealed recently sometimes ago in an interview with a weekly tabloid.

“I attended Lagos State University. I didn’t graduate-there, I dropped out. I never did go back to University. So, I don’t have a degree. Many people find that hard to believe, but that’s just it”

When asked why he decided to venture into politics after succeeding in real estate, He had this to say:

“After a few years in Lagos, I realised that the Lagos I grew up to know is no more the Lagos I came back home to meet. A drive around Lagos makes me sad most days. I see how hard working people willing to make ends meet struggle to survive. Before our eyes, education is degenerating to the point where without adequate finance, kids miss out on the most important part of their development.”

“A drive around Lagos shows a traffic jammed city where an average person spends 7 hours in traffic without getting much done.”

“It is for the same reason I ran to win the PDP governorship ticket in 2011 and 2015”.

BOG is widely regarded as very brilliant, articulate and eloquent. He banks on personal integrity and not party affiliation to realise his dreams.
