Confirmed reports reaching BlackBox Nigeria’s situation room has it that political thugs have chased out journalists at Gama ward, Nasarawa Local Government area of Kano State.

It was confirmed by a journalist with TVC News, Ayodele Ozugbakun who disclosed that the thugs threatened all media officials out of the ward. He also added that the thugs threatened to set ablaze the outfit’s OB van, which is being used to televise the election rerun.
While Ayodele didn’t state the political party the thugs belonged to, reports on the social media suggests that the thugs had the backing of the State, which is under the leadership of the APC.
BBN gathered that Gama ward has about 40,000 registered voters and is a key ward in the election rerun as it is a major decider.
