Just 24 hours after being arrested for unpaid debt, street singer Portable also known as Habeeb Okikiola drops a new track titled “Spider-man,” sharing his recent ordeal through music.

The arrest was from his failure to settle the remaining balance on a G-Wagon he purchased. Portable had paid N13 million upfront for the N27 million vehicle, leaving a debt of N14 million.

Despite claims of the car being faulty, the dealer involved the police due to Portable’s refusal to pay the outstanding amount. Confirming the arrest, Lagos police spokesperson Officer Benjamin Hundeyin stated, “Yes, Portable has been arrested. He bought a G-Wagon for N27 million, paid N13 million, and refused to pay the rest, claiming that the vehicle was bad. We arrested him today.” Portable was later granted bail, although it’s unclear if he settled the debt.

Unfazed by the incident, Portable composed a song about the latest development in a new single.
He released a snippet of the song on his Instagram page and captioned it “Spider-Man out Soon Prod by @2t_upondeebeatz
God is over everything  ZEHNATION with many many inspirations.”
