By The Governor of Lagos State, Akinwunmi Ambode has disclosed that every Nigerian has a role to play in order to ensure the disintegration of Nigeria is kicked out totally.
The Governor stated this in his speech at the Discovery Lecture organised by Lagos State University on Tuesday, April 18th at the University Main Auditorium.
The University Management under the leadership of Professor Olanrewaju Adigun Fagbohun had organised the Discovery Lecture titled, “Can Nigeria Survive Another Century As A Corporate Entity?”
Governor Ambode, the Chief Host of the event who was represented by Mr Obafela Bank-Olemoh , the Special Adviser on Education, declared that no one is genuinely interested in the disintegration of Nigeria.
He said, “In my opinion, the question should not be whether Nigeria can survive another century as a corporate entity but how Nigeria can survive as a corporate entity for hundreds of years to come.
“We have a lot to benefit from being together. I believe we all have a role to play in fostering the unity among our people.”
