New report indicates that the person that blew the whistle on former NNPC boss, Andrew Yakubu where huge amount of cash was recovered from his bunker will be getting a whooping N286m which represents 5% of total cash recovery.
The surprising part of the revelation is the relationship that exists between Mr Yakubu and the whistle-blower.
It has been discovered that the person that notified the Federal Government about the stashed raw cash is one of his sisters (names withheld).
It was disclosed that the sister of the former top official of the government used the opportunity created by the Whistle-blower Act and policy to expose her blood brother whom is answering a case of money laundering with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
