Operation crush smashes drug peddler

The ongoing Operation Crocodile Smile yesterday saw of the arrest of one Okafor Collins, 30, a suspected drug dealer.

Blackbox Nigeria gathered that the suspect was arrested at 311 road Festac town area of Amuwo Odofin, Local Government, a suburb of Lagos State Southwest Nigeria.

While speaking to press men, the Commander Brigade, Brigadier General Etsu Musa Ndgai, said it is his strong advice that young people desist from trading substances of this nature,

“it is my strong advise to them to desist from trading substances of this nature, because these are substances that actually exacerbates crime in the society, because when people take these substances they do not know what they are doing .

“So also all manners of crime including in our Schools, like Secondary Schools and the rest can be linked to those video on hard drugs ,so they should desist for the sake of prosperity of the country at large.

“It is important for them to desist from crime.

“They should look for other means of making money, because we are out to deal with all the criminal elements in the society.
‘We’ve already carried our intelligence and we know all their hideouts .

“So it is better for them to desist from crime now otherwise they will be apprehended” Etsu said

Blackbox Nigeria learnt that the suspect would be transferred to the Nigeria Drug Law enforcement Agency (NDLEA) for further investigation.

The suspect, said, “I’m Okafor Collins by name , a businessman, dealing with textile Materials before I travelled out of the country to Singapore ,because of what happened they refused to offer me a long time stay though I married a white lady .

Then on that note I was supposed to go back to the east but because of the shame and the trauma and every other thing I found myself in Lagos .

I stayed in Singapore six months and I went to Singapore planning to go to school on that note because of the paper issue they couldn’t permit me to returned to Nigeria , I had no other choice than to return to Nigeria
I travelled in 2016.

l actually came to Lagos early 2018.when I came back I actually came to Lagos looking for job ,because of what happened I was like I searched for job for so long I couldn’t see a job until I managed to see one in a Pharmacy .Then I was employed in one of the restaurant outlet.
