The Chief Executive Officer of OLAD Finance Limited, FCT Abuja, Afeez Ismaila, has congratulated His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Olufolarin Olukayode Ogunsanwo, Telade IV, the Alara of Ilara Kingdom in Epe Division, Lagos State, on his sixth coronation anniversary.
In a congratulatory message, Ismaila described the monarch’s six years on the throne as a period of purposeful, resilient and visionary leadership, marked by commitment to the development and wellbeing of his people.
He praised Oba Ogunsanwo for preserving the cultural heritage of Ilara Kingdom while embracing education, technology, innovation and contemporary governance.
Ismaila also congratulated the monarch on his appointment as the 6th Chancellor of Lagos State University, describing the position as a recognition of his wisdom, character and leadership qualities.
He further highlighted the monarch’s role as Permanent Vice Chairman of the Lagos State Council of Obas and Chiefs, Chairman of the Council of Obas and Chiefs, Epe Division, and Southwest Coordinator of the National Council of Traditional Rulers of Nigeria.
The OLAD Finance CEO also commended Oba Ogunsanwo for his recognition as Data Privacy Royal Ambassador at the 2026 Privacy Excellence Awards, saying the honour reflects his commitment to addressing emerging challenges in technology and digital governance.
Ismaila said the monarch’s ability to combine traditional values with modern leadership has strengthened the role of the traditional institution in peacebuilding, education, community development and national progress.
He prayed for continued wisdom, good health, courage and divine guidance for the Alara, while wishing him greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
“May your reign continue to be a source of peace, unity, inspiration and sustainable progress for Ilara Kingdom, Epe Division, Lagos State and Nigeria at large,” he said.
He concluded by wishing the monarch a glorious sixth coronation anniversary, saying, “Ẹ Kú Ọdún Ìjọba, Kabiyesi! Ẹ Kú Ọdún Àṣẹ àti Àṣẹgun!”
