Abayomi Shogunle, the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Complaint Response Unit (CRU) posted on Twitter the sample of bail bond form were it was stated that ‘BAIL IS FREE’, but this was not received well as tweeters responded telling the Unit of how Police officers still use that same “statement” to blackmail well-wishers who goes to stations to bail their loved ones.
