Nigerians React As Buhari Deactivates Comments Section On Twitter

Nigerians on social micro blogging app, Twitter are currently having a filled day lashing out at President Muhammadu Buhari for deactivating the comment section to a posted tweet.

BlackBox Nigeria gathered that President Buhari had posted a tweet about the launch of the standard gauge rail lines in Utakpe Warri, Delta State but to the amazement of his followers, they were unable to comment as it has been deactivated.

Deactivating the comment section is a new feature on Twitter which allows a user to minimise engagement on a tweet. This feature allows only users mentioned in the tweet to interact while others are locked.

For deactivating the comment section, Nigerians have called out President Buhari and his handlers for locking the citizens out from dropping comments on the President’s tweet.
