By Mixed Reactions as Opay Users Bemoan Service Outage

Opay users across various regions in Nigeria recently have expressed frustration and disappointment following a service outage that has disrupted their access to the popular financial services platform.
The outage, which begin this evening has left many users unable to carry out essential transactions, therefore, eliciting a range of reactions from affected individuals.
While some users took to social media platforms to vent their frustrations, others voiced their concerns through customer service channels, seeking explanations and updates on the situation.
An opay user with the username Bolatito on X platform commented in a hilarious way, “So this is what’s going on with Opay? System busy ke, make nothing do my #250 o”, she expressed.
Another X user identified as Jay also expressed concerns on the sudden network failure at the end of the financial institution.
“Opay is down keh, make nothing do my money o”, he said.
Meanwhile, there has not been any official response from the financial institution with regards to the cause of the service outage at the time of writing this report.
