Ibeshe Ferry Terminal Offers Relief to Commuters as Ipakodo Ferry Terminal Suspends Services

 

In the wake of the temporary suspension of ferry services at the Ipakodo Jetty, a result of water hyacinth obstructing the ferry routes along the Ipakodo Ferry Terminal, Thesaurusbay, the management of the Ibeshe Ferry Terminal, is ready to provide solace to affected passengers.

 

With the  Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA) enforcing  the suspension, citing concerns about the water hyacinth proliferation, Thesaurusbay in a swift response is opening  its Ibeshe Ferry Terminal as an alternative. Commencing Monday, November 13, 2023, Thesaurusbay is set to serve as an alternative and to relieve passengers who may be inconvenienced by the closure of the Ipakodo Jetty.

 

Thesaurusbay is dedicated to ensuring commuters’ ease of access to and from the terminal by collaborating with FMLM buses, offering seamless transportation to key destinations within Ikorodu.

 

In a statement shared with BlackBox Nigeria, Thesaurusbay expressed empathy for all the operators and commuters experiencing any inconvenience during this period. Their commitment to the safety and convenience of the public is evident in their actions.

The statement reaffirmed that Thesaurusbay’s doors are wide open for full operations to all routes from the Ibeshe Ferry Terminal. To further enhance the passenger experience, a customer service centre has been set up, catering to complaints and inquiries.
