COVID-19: NCDC Records 1,143 New Infections

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has reported 1,143 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of confirmed infections in the country to 145,664.

In a tweet on Saturday night, the public health agency disclosed that so far, it has recorded 120,399 recoveries and 1,747 COVID-19 related deaths.

The NCDC added, “Our discharges today includes 1,040 community recoveries in Lagos State managed in line with guidelines.”
