Breaking! President Tinubu appoints Dele Alake, Nuhu Ribadu, Wale Edun others as Special Advisers

Former Commissioner for Information in Lagos and spokesman of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, Dele Alake, erstwhile Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Malam Nuhu Ribadu and six others have been named Special Advisers by the President, Bola Ahmed Tinubu BlackBox Nigeria has gathered.

In a statement signed by the Statehouse director of Information, Abiodun Oladunjoye, Dele Alake is the new Special Adviser, Special Duties, Communications and Strategy while Wale Edun who is also a former commissioner for finance in Lagos is the new Special Adviser, Monetary Policies.

Malam Nuhu Ribadu who was head of the anti graft agency during the administration of former President Olusegun Obasanjo has been named the Special Adviser on Security while John Ugochukwu Uwajumogu is the new Special Adviser, Industry, Trade and Investment.

Others are Mr. Yau Darazo; Special Adviser, Political and Intergovernmental Affairs, Mrs. Olu Verheijen; Special Adviser, Energy, Zachaeus Adedeji; Special Adviser, Revenue and Dr (Mrs.) Salma Ibrahim Anas; Special Adviser in Health.

More appointments are expected to follow.
