Socio-political activist, Deji Adeyanju, on Tuesday, warned the governors of Kaduna, Katsina, Zamfara, and Niger States over the activities of bandits.
He said bandits may soon abduct Governors Nasir El-Rufai, Bello Masari, Bello Matawalle, and Abubakar Sani.
Adeyanju explained that bandits may abduct those governors if they keep praising Muhammadu Buhari for pampering terrorists.
The convener of Concerned Nigerians, in a series of tweets, urged the governors to call Buhari out over the continuous activities of bandits.
“Bandits may soon abduct Zamfara, Katsina, Niger & Kaduna governors if they continue to praise Buhari as he pampers terrorists. Call out Buhari the failed Commander-in-Chief,” he wrote.
He mentioned that sudents and religious leaders have been abducted with some killed across the states.
Recall that gunmen suspected to be bandits had invaded the Nigerian Defence Academy, NDA, in Kaduna, abducting two Majors and killing some officers.
On Monday, bandits struck again as family members of lawmakers in the Katsina State House Assembly were abducted.
The attackers also stormed Bakori housing units and abducted Ahmed Abdulkadir, a retired NBC director, and his 15-year-old daughter, Laila.
