A truck loaded with wheat flipped over on a lane of the Otedola Bridge in Ojodu Berger, Lagos State, on Tuesday, causing a traffic jam on the busy road.
The accident, which occured on Tuesday, also led to flooding on the bridge, which affected the movement of vehicles inward Lagos/Ibadan Expressway and Ojodu Berger.
The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), reacting to this, said it was working to remove the truck and its contents from the road.
“Effort is on for the recovery of the contents and the truck from the road,” LASTMA tweeted.
