Verdict Pending as Court Reserves Atiku’s Petition Against Tinubu

The Presidential Election Petition Court has reserved judgment in the petition brought forth by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, challenging the election victory of President Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) held on February 25.

The five-man panel, presided over by Justice Haruna Tsammani, concluded the hearing and reserved the judgment for a later date, to be communicated to all parties involved.

This decision came after a thorough and meticulous examination of the evidence and legal arguments presented during the trial.

Reserving judgment is a customary practice in legal proceedings where the court takes additional time to carefully review all the evidence and submissions before delivering the final verdict.
