A final-year student of the University of Port Harcourt, known as Collins, stands accused of committing a gruesome act in pursuit of money rituals.

Justina Tiffany Otuene, his alleged victim, has become the latest casualty in a disturbing trend across the country.

Reports indicate that Collins was apprehended by vigilant residents along the NTA road in Port Harcourt while attempting to dispose of the lifeless body of his lover.

This incident unfolded when Collins invited the deceased, also a 300-level biochemistry student at UNIPORT, to his residence.

While the details of this horrific incident remain unclear, swift action was taken by the community as they raised an alarm, leading to the suspect’s arrest by security operatives.

The Rivers State Police Public Relations Officer, Grace Iringe-Koko, offered only a brief statement, promising to provide more information at a later time.
