Two teenagers, Dare, 16, and Fawas, 15, have been confirmed dead after drowning in a community beach in Akodo, Ibeju-Lekki.
Blackboxnigeria gathered that the deceased drowned while playing in the beach.
The area police command deployed its Marines police team for a search and rescue operation, but arrived rather late.
