Former U.S. President Donald Trump has agreed to participate in a presidential debate with Vice President Kamala Harris, set for September 4.
The debate, hosted by Fox News, will mark their first face-off since President Joe Biden withdrew from the race amid growing concerns over his age and debate performance.
Trump announced the debate on Truth Social, revealing that it will take place in Pennsylvania, though the exact location is still to be determined.
He emphasized that this debate will be held in front of a “full-arena audience,” contrasting it with the June debate hosted by CNN, which had no spectators.
The debate was originally scheduled with Biden on ABC but was canceled following Biden’s exit. Trump noted that Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum will moderate the debate, and the format will be similar to the one used in his previous debate with Biden.
