Tobi Peters, a pianist in Ogun state has revealed that he is set to break a Guinness World Record, by attempting the longest marathon playing keyboard / piano by an individual.
This was revealed by Peters on Sunday, via his Facebook page, where he affirmed he has received approval from the Guinness World Record team to embark on the ‘longest marathon playing keyboard / piano by an individual’ challenge.
The longest marathon playing keyboard / piano by an individual is 130 hours and was achieved by Thurzó Zoltán (Romania) in Oradea, Romania, from 19 to 25 September 2022.
However, Peters is set to go on a 240 hours longest marathon playing keyboard / piano by an individual challenge, in order to break Zoltán’s record.
The 29-year-old pianist, who hailed from Abeokuta, said that his attempt will begin on the 20th of December, this year.
