Popular Nigerian life coach and therapist, Lara Kudayisi, has died, barely two weeks after welcoming her first child with her husband, broadcaster and on-air personality (OAP) Teddy Don-Momoh.

News of her death emerged on Tuesday, sparking an outpouring of grief from friends, colleagues, clients and followers on social media.

However, details surrounding the circumstances of her death were not immediately available but many regards it as one of post-partum maternal mortality.

Kudayisi and Teddy Don-Momoh, who got married three years ago, recently celebrated the birth of their first child together.

Her death marks another heartbreaking chapter for Teddy Don-Momoh, who previously lost his first wife, the late gospel singer , in 2014 after a prolonged illness.

He remarried years later and had recently welcomed a new baby with Kudayisi.

Tributes have continued to pour in for the late therapist, with many remembering her for her work as a relationship coach, counsellor and advocate for healthy family values.

As of the time of filing this report, the family had not released an official statement on the cause of her death.
