By Tecno Mobile Launches Phantom 8 In Lagos
The new Tecno Phantom 8 has been officially launched in Lagos in a Media conference organised by the tech company.
The event was well attended by Media partners of Tecno as it unveils it’s latest flagship device into the Nigerian market. Also at the event were selected notable dignitaries, key opinion leaders, stakeholders and smartphone enthusiasts. The event was held at the Four Pointston in Oniru Chieftancy Estate, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Addressing the guests at the event, Mr Attai Oguche, Deputy Marketing Manager, PR, Offline Events and Sponsorship for Tecno Mobile reiterated the uniqueness of the Phantom8 and gave further insights on the brand’s aspirations in the coming years.
He said, “The Phantom Series is a lush smartphone line with 260-degree offering for users who desire functionality and lifestyle. With the Phantom 8 smartphone users have landed themselves a high-end device which took over 1,000 engineers and 50 partners to build in 15-months.”
Though friendly at the rate of N128,000 (Retail Price), the Phantom 8 is market’s premier smartphone with ultimate user experience boasting of a 20MP Selfie Camera and a High-Definition 12MP with 2x optical zoom + 13MP with 10x Super zoom rear cameras, the device is able to capture professional images and experiences provided the users can create them. Laced with a Sony IMX386 ultra-pixel lens, the Phantom 8 cameras have 30% effective area enhancement and an increased focus speed of 10% with spectacular noise control.
Other impressive specifications of the Phantom 8 includes: 6GB RAM, 64GB ROM, 2.6GHz MediaTek Helio P25 Processor, USB Type-C that charges 50% faster than its predecessors and a diamond design uni-body with drip screen.
