Super Eagles Striker, Ideye Joins Malaga On Loan
Nigerian international, Brown Ideye has joined Spanish club, Malaga CF after signing to be at the club for the rest of the season from Chinese side, Tianji Teda.
Ideye’s transfer was confirmed in a statement made available on its website. It said the Super Eagles striker successfully passed all relevant medical tests at the Vithas Salud Rincon Medical Center, Rosaleda.
Brown Ideye started his professional career in Nigeria in 2006 before moving to Neuchatel Xamax in Switzerland where he played till 2011. He is joining Malaga with wealth of experience in European football as he has played in several clubs in different countries such as Switzerland, France, Ukraine, England and Greece. He last played for Olympiacos where he was from 2015 till 2017 before joining Chinese league, Tianjin Teda.
The proud striker took to his official Twitter page to make the announcement to his followers. He added that he was happy to join Malaga and thanked the management and also fans of his Chinese club.
He tweeted, “Now onto a new chapter of La Liga, big thanks to everyone who made this possible. I am grateful and can’t wait to get started.“
