The convener of Revolution Now Protest, Omoyele Sowore has been granted bail by Justice Taiwo Taiwo of the Federal High Court in Abuja.
After listening to the argument of Femi Falana (SAN), Sowore’s lawyer, the judge ordered the Department of State Service to release Sowore.
As part of the bail conditions, the Judge ordered Sowore to drop his passport with the court within 48hours.
The ‘Revolution Now’ leader had earlier been arrested for treason based on claims by the Federal government that he planned to topple the government.
