A quick search among human beings to get their constant position on a daily basis has revealed that a larger number of them sit down almost throughout the day, a situation researchers claim is dangerous for the body.

A study by professionals stated that the human body is more programmed to be in motion around the hours as continuous sitting down may hinder flow and circulation of blood.

The research also revealed that no harm can be incurred when the body is in motion through out the day but very harmful when it is sitting position for a better part of the day.
