Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Nigerian president, has nominated Abbas Balarabe for a ministerial position to replace Nasir El-Rufai, the former Governor of Kaduna State.
It was learnt that the replacement was announced in a letter read by the Senate President, GodsWill Akpabio, during the Plenary on Tuesday.
Further details gathered from the sitting show that Balarabe’s name was read alongside Dr Jamila Ibrahaim and Ayodele Olawande as Minister of Youths and Minister of State for Youths respectively, who were earlier nominated by the president.
