Shettima Calls Zulum “My Boss” As He Praises Him Over Infrastructural Development In Borno State

 

The immediate past Governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima on Saturday praised his successor, Professor Babagana Zulum for his developmental strides in Borno State.

Shettima, who is the current Senator for Borno Central was a two-term Governor who was in office between May 2011 to May 2019. He has become the first past Governor to refer to his successor as “my boss” while commending the works of Professor Zulum.

The completed project of Fato Sandi Primary School

In tweets posted on his twitter page, Senator Shettima disclosed that a great succession is crucial to the sustainability of any program after Zulum completed the Fato Sandi Primary School, Maiduguri, a project he said was in 75% completion stage when he left office in 2019.

His tweet reads, “A great Succession is crucial to the sustainability of any Program & may Allah bless H.E. @ProfZulum & grant him Aljannah Firdaus. This is Fato Sandi Primary School. I left it 75% completed & my Boss, Governor @ProfZulum has completed the Project & is ready for commissioning. Borno is Working.”
