He also promises scholarships for indigent students and the introduction of annual debate, quiz, and essay competitions to promote academic excellence.
For healthcare, he proposes building new health centers, upgrading existing ones, and offering free medical checkups for the elderly to ensure accessible and quality healthcare for all residents.
Market development is another priority, with plans to renovate existing markets and establish new ones.
He also aims to provide interest-free mini loans to traders and encourage private sector participation in market operations.
In transportation and infrastructure, Seidu intends to construct additional motor parks, expand road networks, and improve drainage systems to tackle flooding.
He also emphasizes efficient refuse collection and enforcement of environmental sanitation laws.
Security remains a key concern, and he promises to strengthen collaboration between the police, community security groups, and private sector initiatives to enhance safety across the LCDA.
To support agriculture and job creation, he plans to provide farmers and fishermen with essential tools, fertilizers, and settlement centers.
Additionally, he intends to promote public-private partnerships to create jobs and boost local economic activities.
Youth and sports development will also receive attention, with plans to establish recreational centers and organize talent discovery programs to engage young people in productive activities.
