British boxer of Nigerian origin, Anthony Olufemi Joshua might just be coming to the rescue seven years after Ukrainian champ, Wladimir Klitschko defeated the Nigerian Nightmare, Samuel Peter in a highly rated bout in Germany to clinch the IBF/WBO/IBO heavyweight titles.
27 -year-old Anthony Joshua who has never lost a fight in his 28 bouts will be facing Klitschko who turned 41 last month before over 90,000 spectators at London’s Wembley Stadium tonight.
A confident Anthony Joshua has however disclosed that there is no cause for alarm as it is going to be an easy win for him.
With Klitschko defeated just 4 times in his 68 fights, the Wembley clash is no I doubt the biggest boxing bout UK has ever witnessed.
Both Klitschko and Joshua are Olympic gold medalists who have risen to the top of the sports and so anything is impossible.
But for Nigerians, it is more than another boxing game, it is a grudge bout to the Ukrainian beaten up for what he put Samuel Peter through seven years ago.
