Lagos state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has appointed Fuji musician, K1’s daughter as one of his aides.
Damilola Basirat Ayinde Marshal, who is a Lagos based legal practitioner, was yesterday named the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Tourism.
The law graduate from the Houdegbe North American University in Benin Republic specialises in entertainment law and real estates and operates through her own firm, Damilola Ayinde Marshal & Company.
Also a politician, Ms Marshall is a member of the ruling All Progressives Congress where she served on one of the campaign committees during the last general election.
While reacting to her appointment, Damilola disclosed she would be using her new office to promote the rich cultural heritage and tourism potential of Lagos on the local and international fronts.
According to her, “Tourism is an untapped wine with the potential to increase the prosperity of our Mega City.”
