Issues of devolution of power to the state, security and state police, resource control by each state.”

“These were some of the factors that led the house to not to vote any bill at that period so they can stand on the ground that the above mentioned issues were important to the state.” Agungbiade answred.

The meeting which was well attended by the members of the NTYTR Ikorodu chapter, according to the group, is as a result of keying into the innovation of the NTYTR at the National Level, State Level, and bringing it down to their jurisdiction by meeting with Candidates, Incumbent leaders, security agencies, INEC and many more to discuss Youth and Electoral Violence, Youth Inclusion in governance and to commit them sign the Youth Against Violence Accord (YAVA).
